$765 in nice river rock (delivered) that dries to a white and looks good wet as well. Currently filling a wheelbarrow and winching down about 40 feet one load at a time to redo all my garden paths. I'm about halfway through, which is to say one cubic yard. Who needs a gym membership?

I sold this house in 2021 for the very long-term owner's daughter as Mom was in Hospice and Dad had passed many years prior. I spent about 3 months prepping it for sale (including having the pool fixed to perfection which these folks then filled in!!) and in the end Pat Goodwin at Blanchard & Calhoun brought me a wonderful buyer. Looks like their situation has changed and it's back just about on the three-year anniversary of my listing. One of Augusta's best neighborhoods (Brynwood) and an absolutely terrific house. Assumable mortgage at 2021 rates said to be a possibility!

Amazing gala for the Alzheimer's Association at Columbia County Performing Arts Center last night... very talented dancers from around the area raised a lot more than I did. You'll see me pulling teeth as it had been two years since one of these events and we need to work together more on the coordination of the live auction and items for 2025. More in two weeks from Savannah ...
