We have exciting news! 🎉

Please help us welcome Maggie to the Tournament Housing team. Maggie graduated from Georgia College with a Marketing Degree in May 2026, and we are grateful to have her!

In addition, please help us wish Megan well in her new job that she’s accepted outside of Tournament Housing. We are thrilled for her, but will miss her tremendously!

Please help us congratulate both ladies!

I know we stress this so much, but first impressions are so important. A first glance at one picture can tell someone if they want to continue looking or not. Professional pictures really shows your home’s true beauty.

Renters are already looking for 2027. If you need to update your online photos, edit amenities offered, etc., make sure to add them to your online profile or email changes to our office.

If you are adding en suite bathrooms, remodeling, or doing anything to improve your home’s value, please let us know. Otherwise we will assume everything in your profile is as listed.

We recommend setting aside a portion of your Master’s income for home upgrades. One upgrade that can bring more income are en-suite bathrooms 🚽 After Masters is the best time to begin working on upgrades. 🏡

Every refresh detail, including fresh paint, makes a huge difference in first impression details! 🎨
