🏡 Colorado Teachers & Public School Employees — This is worth knowing about!

CHFA has launched a new program called Schools To Home, designed to help Colorado public school employees purchase a home and live in the communities where they work. If you want more information, reach out so I can connect you with a great lender working with this program. This could be a great opportunity!

The Colorado Housing and Finance Authority launched the program with $10 million in state funding, planning to help about 1,200 educators buy a home.
