Tips on Tuesday: Don’t Make Your AC Work Overtime!

I see it during inspections all the time, a struggling HVAC system because of a $10 part. A dirty air filter restricts airflow, which can lead to frozen coils or a burnt-out blower motor.

The Tip: Set a recurring "First of the Month" alarm on your phone to check your filters. It’s the easiest way to extend the life of your furnace and keep your energy bills down. Don't let a small oversight turn into a big repair bill!

Definitely not ok when it starts raining inside during an inspection. This was caused by a plumbing failure in the bathroom above this one. That’s not ok!
