After a few years of searching and a few not so good attempts at a new home. I was proud to hand Madison the keys to her new home today. I am so happy for her and Mike and know they are will start building memories quickly. This family has become very dear to me. Congratulations to First Time Home Buyers Shayne & Angelina.
There is so much more to real estate than showing a house and handing a buyer keys.
This was a long process for these two patient buyers. Lack of inventory, changing interest rates and getting out bid on a few properties. However, they hung in there trusted me as their realtor and we found them a great condo in Kent.
The process from start to close involves many people and I always like to thank the people who helped make this transaction come to a happy ending.
