In 2014 she sold her brokerage and joined Bramlett Residential, again as a sales agent. She has produced in the top 1% of Austin area agents for the past 5 years and has built a team of four that provides outstanding s

ervice and market expertise to all their clients. Tara’s team earned the Austin Business Journal’s Residential Real Estate award in 2021 for closing more than 60 million in residential home sales. Tara believes in building strong relationships with her clients. More than selling homes, Tara provides real estate consultation services. She feels it is her job to provide sound advice for clients to meet their financial real estate goals whether that means selling a home or not. In the end, it's Tara's extreme understanding of the Austin real estate market, her transparency, and her honest advice that leads to sales, whether it's immediate or it's clients coming back many years down the road when the time is right for them to buy or sell. Tara has built out her successful real estate team with her husband Craig, and longtime friends Stacy Zellner and Lauren Salazar. It says a lot to work alongside people you have known that long and makes it a ton of fun too! Tara and Craig have three kids that they are very proud of and are just around the corner to graduating to empty nester status. In her sometimes-limited free time Tara enjoys tennis, hiking, Pilates, e-bikes, and travel. It's apparent very quickly upon meeting Tara that she is no-nonsense and no pressure. Tara is extremely efficient, pays incredible attention to detail, is very clear in her communication, down to earth, and runs her business on strong systems and processes. 👋 Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Nancy came to Austin in 1986 to attend The University of Texas and quickly fell in love with the city's vibrant energy, outdoor lifestyle, and strong sense of community.

In addition to her real estate career, Nancy serves as the French Language Program Director at The University of Texas, where she has spent over 26 years as a professor and researcher. Known for her thoughtful, client-focused approach, she combines strong analytical skills with a passion for helping people navigate one of life's biggest decisions with confidence.

Nancy most enjoys spending time with her two daughters, Audrey and Camille, as well as family and friends. When she's not working, she's likely rowing with her team at Texas Rowing Center, walking the Town Lake Trail with her Havanese, Beauregard, or enjoying Austin’s vibrant food scene!

👋 Originally from Minnesota, Jean traded snowy winters for Austin sunshine after attending ACL during a family visit and deciding it was the perfect place to call home.

Before launching her real estate career in 2015, Jean worked as a sales and finance manager in the automotive industry. Known for her thoughtful, client-first approach, Jean takes pride in advocating for her clients and creating customized strategies that help them achieve their goals.

👋 A fourth-generation Austin native with family roots in the city dating back more than a century, Lauren has a deep affinity to Austin and its community.

After earning her master's degree and working in applied behavior analysis, Lauren decided to pursue a different path and pivoted to operations at a luxury interior design firm before finding her way into real estate, where she helps keep The McGuire Team running smoothly behind the scenes.

When she's not working, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, Sean, and their Cavapoo, Tucker, as well as tackling home renovation projects, going to concerts, checking out new coffee shops, traveling, and making memories with family and friends!
