SOLD in Parten Ranch ✨. This one was truly a labor of love. These clients were an out of state referral and the first time we met was at our first showing. We spent many hours together getting to know Central Texas and each other. Bastrop to Georgetown to Dripping Springs and all the in between. I promised them we would find something that checked at least the majority of their boxes - and, by golly, we did it. Being meticulous in the home search and in the build process allowed us to get things jusssst right and become friends along the way. Thankful in this season of thanks 🙏🏻

Under Contract in cutie Cherry Creek! This one is a true tale of sometimes things don’t work out for the better. After *the one* went under contract, our client (and her parents) were holding out hope that they would get another chance. Until in came Bradner Dr. The size, location, charm and price of this one knocked our missed opportunity out of the park and they knew it was meant to be. This one doesn’t come without a little perseverance, but our client will be relishing in her very first home in just a few short weeks!

Heart is full for some of my favorite clients (I know I say they’re all my favorites, but it’s like choosing a favorite kid - don’t ask me to do it). This fam came in ready to get to business. We spent 10 hours a day together and viewed close to 40 homes. There were laughs, there were tears, there were human connections and best of all, we got the job done. They landed on the very last 80ft lot in Parten Ranch with the very last builder they had on their list and just like that, they’re ready to be Texans.
