• Avg Days on Market: 79 (⬆️ +3 YoY) — buyers taking more time.
• Inventory: 6.3 months (⬆️ +1.5 YoY) — still a buyer-leaning market.
• Active Listings: 11,926 (⬆️ 11.2% YoY) — more choices than both October and last year.
• Pending Sales: 2,269 (⬆️ 4.5% YoY) — encouraging sign heading into year-end.
