HAPPY HOUR:
Today, I’m imitating art and crafting this signature Piña Colada the way I learned it from back in the day at the YNK Speakeasy in Irvine California.
My absolute favorite tropical cocktail was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It’s a delicious sweet mix of white rum, fresh strained pineapple juice and coconut cream. Simple and to the point 😋
2oz Bacardi White Rum
2oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
2oz Coco Lopez
Top w/ .5oz Bacardi 8
Add crushed ice, shake lightly and roll it all into a fresh glass.
Garnish w/Toasted Coconut Flakes & Pineapple Leaf
