This was an opportunity to truly help a veteran with a tough transaction. The city was purchasing his property because of incorrect flood zoning issues with his neighborhood, and they were putting money toward his new home. So, dealing with the city's timeline and restrictions was a challenge. Fortunately, we got him and his family into a great property in Georgetown TX. Jim doesn't use email, so it allowed me to understand the humanitarian that he was after meeting with him face-to-face every week for months. I learned a ton on this one and I am super proud to be able to help a great man!
