When working on listings, I always love seeing pets in the photos. Sure, there are some potential negatives, but I will take the adorable little furballs in all the photos. Besides, even if you don't see the pets in the photos, there is a tell when you enter the house. Our house is full of Labrador Hair, no matter how often we sweep or run the robo vacuum.
