Recently the RBI modified the LRS scheme that Indians used to send money abroad. These changes, for now, reduce the remittance to $75k per person and precludes the funds from being used for the purchase of real property (real estate). We now have an alternative for this! Invest in a 12% yield note (paid quarterly) that is guaranteed for the the first $100k. $500k is available at this time.

Remember the annual $75k allowance for this year expires on March 31. Act quickly so everything can be put in place for your investment.
