Just wrapped this one up for one of my investor clients.

He needed to move some funds on a fairly quick timeline, so we went to work identifying the right opportunity. we locked down this fully remodeled duplex with both units already occupied — which means immediate cash flow from day one. 💰

I enjoy working with all kinds of clients. Some are buying their first home, some are selling a place they’ve owned for years, and others are investors focused on finding properties that make sense financially. This one took a little patience. The rental market is definitely slower and more competitive right now, but we stayed steady, made a few adjustments, and got it across the finish line.
