We’re walking into 2026 with a full heart and a clear mind. Thank you for supporting us through the roller coaster that was 2025, we’re genuinely grateful.

And here’s the plot twist, Austin is already waking up.

The last couple weeks have been the most encouraging activity we’ve seen in months. Open houses are busy again, buyers are back out touring, and sellers are starting to ask the big question: “When should we list for spring?”

My take: we’re heading into a more balanced market, with real opportunity on both sides. Buyers can still negotiate, sellers can still walk away with equity, and strategy will be the difference.

Also, if you came to our West Chelsea Gallery client appreciation night, thank you for making it such a vibe. More art, more connection, more community in 2026.
