Here’s the truth: Most people don’t buy homes because they think they have to have perfect credit or a huge down payment. That’s just not the case. There is no one-size-fits-all but knowing what to expect is half the battle.
Let me break down a few of the options I work with:
🔑 FHA Loans:
These are made for first-time buyers or folks who’ve had a few financial setbacks.

-Flexible credit history
You don’t need to be a unicorn to qualify.
🎖️ VA Loans:
If you’ve served in the military, thank you. These loans honor that with:
- Zero down
- No mortgage insurance
- Real flexibility.
Most people who qualify don’t even know they do. Let’s change that!
🏡 New Construction + Builder Financing:
Some builders offer their own preferred lenders who make things easier. The lender or the builder may offer:
- Down payment help
- Credit flexibility
- Help with closing costs.
