After having my daughter, I immediately realized two things:

1. Motherhood and ambition can complement each other beautifully. Becoming a mom didn't slow down my dreams, it made me even more determined to build a business centered on real relationships, community, and helping others achieve their goals.

2. I love staying close to home. Not only does my velcro baby strongly prefer being near mom (and not in the car seat), but becoming a parent has given me an even deeper appreciation for the community we call home.

That's why my goal has always been simple: to serve the people of Pflugerville and the Greater Austin area with local expertise, personalized service, and real results. I want to help families, first-time buyers, sellers, and investors find opportunities that allow them to build the life they want right here in the communities we love.

I’m excited to officially be a member of the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce!

As a Pflugerville real estate agent, being involved in the local business community is incredibly important to me. My goal is to connect with other business owners, support local growth, and help continue building Pflugerville into a place where people can truly live, work, and enjoy life.

Pflugerville has so much to offer, and I’m passionate about supporting the businesses, events, and people that make this community special. When we support local, we don’t just grow businesses, we strengthen our community and help drive long-term home values.

I’m excited to be part of that growth and to continue serving Pflugerville homeowners and buyers along the way.

This week I found myself deep in contractor conversations—both for an upcoming listing and for my own home.

At one point, I was able to negotiate a price down by over $400… which is always a good reminder that a lot of home-related costs are more flexible than people think.

Honestly, if you haven't spent time learning how to negotiate (or just haven't had to do it much), it's really easy to overpay without even realizing it—especially with home projects.

And something a lot of people don't realize is—you don't have to be buying or selling a home to have someone advocate for you.
If you've got a project coming up and want a second set of eyes (or someone to help handle the back-and-forth), I'm always happy to step in.

Especially if we haven't worked together before—I think it's a pretty great, low-pressure way to get to know each other.
