Hace varias semanas se han estado reportando menos actividad en el mercado de bienes raíces… Algunos prestamistas hipotecarios dicen tener caídas de hasta 50% en solicitudes nuevas en Estados Unidos. Pero algo me decía que no en Florida, al menos no en Miami que es el mercado dónde me desenvuelvo. Aquí seguimos en un mercado de vendedores y aunque ya no es lo mismo que a principio de año, las casas siguen recibiendo múltiples ofertas y la mayoría igual de competitivas.
