PROJECT SPOTLIGHT | The Woods - Avon Lake

There are two ways we build. Sometimes a client brings the lot and we custom design the home with them. Other times we find the land ourselves, design it, and build the finished home to sell. This one was the second kind. We found the lot, drew up the plans, and built something that fits this quiet wooded setting.

3,600 square feet. Open concept kitchen and living under natural light, quartzite counters, and a large island. Finished basement with a wet bar, and a covered patio that looks straight into the woods.

The model home at The Parker is ready!

Four years of planning, design, and infrastructure brought us here, and the first building is standing. We could not be more excited to show it off!

"How long until we get the keys?" 🔑

It’s easily one of the most common questions we get and for good reason! Building a custom home is a huge milestone, and you want to know what to expect.

While size, customizations, and site prep all play a role, our sweet spot is planning for 8 months... though our recent builds have wrapped up in 6 to 7. 😉

We believe in setting realistic targets and beating them, not making big promises that end in delays.

Final photos don’t do this home justice.

The Ranch sits on 10 wooded acres, set back and quiet from the road. The main house starts with a grand foyer and opens into a vaulted great room with full wall windows. The large kitchen sits off to the right, part of the open concept but still its own space.

Off the main living area, an informal dining room keeps everyday meals easy, a walkout with an accordion door opens to the backyard, and a bonus room looks out over the backyard and pond.

Five bedrooms. Five baths. Custom office with a fireplace. A full primary suite that functions as its own wing.
