I’ve been in real estate for 10+ years, and I can tell you this: the smartest buyers are not always the ones with the biggest budget… they’re the ones who prepare early. 👏🏡
Here are 3 things I wish every buyer knew before they started house hunting:
1️⃣ Your monthly payment matters more than the purchase price.

2️⃣ Don’t wait until you “find the one” to talk to a lender.
