🌲 Meet Courtney Benson 🌲

Courtney has been in real estate since 2014, which means she's negotiated a whole lot of contracts, solved more that a few problems that definitely weren't in the job description, and learned that real estate is rarely just about the house.

She's the Managing Principal Broker, co-founder of Sage To Pine Properties, negotiation nerd, creative problem solver, and firm believer that sometimes the best thing a Realtor can do is simply tell you the truth -- even when it isn't the easiest answer.

But real estate isn't her whole personality.

Courtney is equal parts creative soul and "fine, I'll figure it out myself." She loves photography, flowers, pottery, poetry, traveling, being near water, and music that can go from 90's grunge to metal without warning. 🎶

She loves a beautiful space but also appreciates things with a little character. She's sentimental, a little quirky, laughs loudly, loves deeply, and is almost always dreaming up something-- a business idea, a marketing concept, a trip, or whatever rabbit hole has her attention that week.

She's also a PROUD mom to two boys who somehow managed to inherit completely different pieces of her personality. One got the music-loving creative side, bass guitar included. The other made baseball a major part of her personality and turned Mariners games into a family-wide emotional roller coaster. 😂

When it comes to real estate, Courtney believes people come before the paycheck. She loves the strategy and negotiation side of the business, but what matters most is making sure her clients feel heard, protected, educated, and confident in the decisions they're making.

🌲Meet Tarrah Moothart🌲

Baker City raised, briefly escaped, and eventually realized there's no place like home. 😉 Tarrah made her way back to Baker County in 2023 -- and now she gets to help other people put down roots here, too.

She's the kind of person who sees an old piece of furniture and thinks, " I can fix that". A room and thinks, " I can redo that". And some things that absolutely did NOT need to become a project and thinks... "Well, not it is." 🪑

But real estate isn't her whole personality.

Give her a mountain, a side by side, a vegetable garden, a summer evening outside, or a bonfire in the dead of winter and she's happy.🏔️

She also loves trying new recipes, baking something good 🍪, and finding pretty much any excuse to feed the people she loves. And wherever Tarrah goes, there's a good chance PIPER, her Australian Shepherd and full-time project supervisor, isn't far behind. 🐶

When it comes to real estate, Tarrah is firmly People over Profit. She wants her clients asking questions, understanding their options, and feeling like they have someone genuinely in their corner -- not like they're just along for the ride.
