Balsam Legacy We are sisters that grew up in Balsam Lake and bought our neighbor's home, renovated and is now a beautiful rental home on the northwest corner of Balsam Lake.

The home is named for both our family and neighbor's family long history in Balsam Lake. Legacy Lakehouse is a beautiful rental home on Balsam Lake available to rent year round. You can either rent the entire house (5 bedroom/4 bath - sleeps 10), or the just the upper level (3 bedroom/2 bath - sleeps 6), or the lower level (2 bedroom/2 bath). Legacy Lakehouse is located on the very west end of Balsam Lake and is available for rent year-round. The entire house has 5 bedrooms/4 baths and sleeps 10. There are 4 king beds and 2 twin beds.
