I haven't been posting real estate successes lately by design... as a full time realtor with a new born, I wanted to ride under the radar to be with him as much as possible & let me team handle most of the work.

He's 3 months now, we have new listings coming, new team members & added to languages we can assist buyers with! We'll do official team intros/ graphics & update sites at the end of summer.

So, I'm in Cummings & Co. Realtors office for a closing & find an award in my files from 2024 I never knew we won! I thought 2024 was the 1st time we didn't meet production quota but good to see we did 🥰

This is my favorite conference room too, so I made a model walk video that will premier on Day In La Vida but until then, here's some shots.

Thanks to our clients for keeping us busy & helping us meet & surpass goals & I'm so excited about the new team!

This is the best Mothers Day since I spent it with our newest member to the pack! Our son, Gionni (Gio) Blaze Shipley, born 5.1.26 at 810am, 7lbs 14oz! ❤️

Shoutout to all the great Mothers out there including Paula Morgan who fed us after days without a real meal, gave him a years worth of wardrobe & the most amazing party! To my Mom for staying with us, making sure we eat good everyday & has been incredibly helpful with everything! To my other Mom Debbie Reif Pfeifer & sis Magritte Beale who we get to spend today with as well and our Angel Stork Sabrina Cooley who made our dreams come true filling our missing puzzle piece! 👨‍👩‍👦

Danny is the best Dad (as I knew he'd be from our 1st date discussions) God is good - we are so blessed!

Happy Mothers Day to all you amazing human & furbaby mamas!
