SOLD in Winterport, Maine on this beautiful Spring day!
I could quite actually scream congratulations, from the rooftops about this one… Some clients and closings just stick with you. I’ve been intrigued by this property for nearly a decade now, and when I first got licensed, I mailed them a letter - just putting out some feelers, offering my services if they ever wanted to sell it 😉 (when I first got licensed, I only had 2 guaranteed clients: my mom & my now husband, I was doing what I had to do)
I didn’t hear back, but I was still so intrigued by the property - you know - one of those places you drive by and you just can’t help but look up the driveway, wondering what the story is.
5 years later, they reached out interested in selling. The daughter had held onto my letter for half a decade!!!
We worked together through my pregnancy with my daughter, and due to her efficiency in signing documents, were able to list the property just 7 days after I gave birth! We put the property under contract less than two weeks later, and closed today! Im so excited for the new owners and loved hearing their plans for the property today as we sat around the closing table.
Estate sales can be bittersweet, but I promise to do what I can to make the process go smoothly!
