Just Sold in Greenbush! 🏡

This closing was a special one.

I had the privilege of helping a repeat client sell his peaceful country hideaway and head off to palm trees and beaches. 🌴☀️ At the same time, I handed the keys to a first-time, first-generation homebuyer.

Not long ago, she was renting an apartment, living among college students, and feeding quarters into a coin-operated laundry machine. Today, she owns a home, and her mortgage payment is less than what she was paying in rent. Think about that for a minute! 😳

One chapter closed, another one opened.

We wrapped up the transaction right at the property with the help of Kasey Levesque of Great East Title. And the MVP of this transaction was Greta Chainay, who went above and beyond, including a home visit to help our buyer sort through paperwork and achieve her dream with the assistance of Maine State Housing Authority grant funds.
