CLOSING DAY!!! 🔑💗

This one is extra special to me. Not only did I get to bring a buyer and seller together again, but this time, one was a dear friend and the other was a family member. That made this one hit a little differently.

It definitely wasn’t the easiest transaction, and there were moments when it felt like we had a lot to overcome. But we kept pushing, worked through the bumps, and made it happen! 🙌🏼
