"From start to finish David demonstrated that it would be hard to find a better realtor. When we first met, unlike the other reps, he was first and foremost interested in learning about us. He asked lots of good questions and made sure he understood what our goals were for the sale of my elderly dad's house. David provided a comprehensive overview of how the process would work and emphasized he will be personally involved every step of the way. David knew our neighborhood (Renaissance at Manchester) and was able to rattle off houses that recently closed and the prices. He knew precisely how they compared to our home. His level of marketing was significantly more sophisticated than the other people we met. Providing him the listing was the easiest decision we had to make.
Afterwards, David followed through on every commitment and more. He helped get the house ready for photos (which came out so much better than the other homes in the development). He strategically established the listing day and price, within days we had multiple offers above asking and above our best expected price. When it came to negotiate the few small items between us and our buyers, David provided valuable input to our lawyer to help us get the best possible terms. The communication between him and our attorney was seamless and in every case, it was David who actually took the lead on our strategy and planning.
