Friday Night Shout Out!

Let’s be clear, Archway Properties could not operate without the incredible team of long time contractors who have become family.

We are so thankful for the team that makes Dallas Hindman and Bryan Hindman look like they have a clue what they are doing.

Specifically we would like to shout out our dream team of Dustin Rau handling property management and maintenance and Kenny Spina for handling our general contracting needs. We are lucky to have INCO Electric, Inc making sure our electrical needs are elite. Johnny Franks at Keeler Creek is running around handling all of our new and maintenance plumbing needs. Wayne Thrash at Thrash Mechanical is keeping our residential AC’s humming in this horrid heat. David Stewart and Amber Stewart, Real Estate Agent managing our Country Tea Air B&B. And of course Ashley's Cleaning Service is keeping our building looking top notch.

And here is an example of our commercial HVAC team Central Consolidated Services, specifically Ryan Harvey handling issues at 9pm ON A FRIDAY NIGHT, because “it wasn’t going to let me sleep.”

We are forever grateful to our dream team for taking personal pride in making us look good.

We were honored to host State Superintendent candidate Robert Franklin for a campaign stop! Talk about a man with positive energy to fight for students and teachers!

Robert Franklin, Republican candidate for Oklahoma State Superintendent of Public Education, speaks to a crowd of supporters at the Old Courthouse this afternoon. He faces James Taylor in the Republican Run Off Election on August 25. Early in person voting begins Thursday at City Hall.

The meet and greet is open until 6:00 p.m. and all are welcome to come and meet this candidate.

Old Courthouse bridal suite update:

We are taking every piece from this old building and reusing it. The misfit and the scars of the past converging for a grander, stronger and more beautiful purpose than ever before.

Two people coming together, with all that life has given them to form one new in inspirational family.

May the Lord get the glory for the craftsmanship and creativity.

And I have some real life angels pouring into this place and I appreciate each skilled craftsman that is realizing the new vision. We are His hands and commission to do His work. I’m so thankful for my team.

So what makes Country Tea Air B&B so awesome? Meet Suger Cube!!! Having so much fun with converting nice 1450 ft.² detached garage to legitimate bona fide living! We’ve added mini splits, New, kitchen, bathroom, laundry! The function is a mother-in-law suite with a multi eat!!! so yes, we mashed a large gathering space up with a one bedroom house! This will be extra hosting for feeding 30 to 50+ people at a time for your special occasions!!! of course, in the privacy of 19 acres! So with us, if you snooze you lose, it is already rented for 5 months! We should have this fully complete in 2 weeks and can’t wait to show the finishing touches.
