Information is powerful, but only if you are obtaining it from a creditable source. Unfortunately, we see investors make this mistake all the time. The news is correct that rental prices are increasing, but the part that is left out is a lot of investors are not seeing their rental increase. Why? Because tenants can not afford it. I am not saying do not do a rental increase, but assess your tenant’s income and cost of living. Remember your investment dreams can be obtain with the correct team!
