💧 Water on your ceiling doesn’t always mean your roof is leaking!
Sometimes the roof isn’t the problem at all.
A clogged A/C condensate drain line can cause the overflow pan in your attic to fill with water. If the float switch is missing or fails to shut the unit off, that water can overflow and show up as a stain—or even a steady drip—on your ceiling.
That’s why finding the actual source of the leak matters before you start paying for roof repairs you may not need.
At Bison Roofing, we don’t just assume every ceiling stain means you need a roof repair. We inspect it, find the source, and tell you what’s actually going on.
