🥩 "Unpopular opinion? As much as I love our Louisiana seafood... nothing beats a perfect ribeye."

I’ve not been living in my crawfish and seafood era lately (as one does down here 🦞✨). But my palate will always have a massive soft spot for a legendary steak.

I stumbled into Doe’s Eat Place for a business lunch awhile back , and their ribeye completely blew me away. Perfectly seared, juicy, and pure perfection. 🔥
