Let's talk about playing the long game

People have many different reasons for buying a house (size, location, land, style, etc.)

I've been working with this buyer for over a year. I told him when the right deal came along, just be ready.

They wanted at least 3 acres of land. Here we are , over a year later, under contract on a property with over 11 acres😎.

Stay patient, but be ready!
