Benton at Magnolia Woods is excited to share some big news that’s been happening behind the scenes…

Our final plat has officially been approved! 🎉

This milestone is the result of months of hard work, thoughtful planning, and close collaboration with the city. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who helped bring us to this point.

Here’s what it means for you:

• Lots are ready to close. Future homeowners can officially move forward with purchasing their homesite.

• Ready to build. Our preferred builders and architects are ready to bring your dream home to life.

• Only 37 of 74 lots remain. With just 50% of homesites still available, now is the time to secure yours.

We can’t wait to welcome more families to Benton at Magnolia Woods as this community continues to grow.
