Apparently the theme for the last 24 hours was **GET IT UNDER CONTRACT! 😂🔑🏡**

THREE homes under contract in the last 24 hours!

Two buyers. One seller. A whole lot of phone calls, negotiations, miles driven, and me somewhere in between trying to inhale a few bites of food in my car before the next appointment. 😂

Real estate has a funny way of turning your car into an office, dining room, and conference room all at once.

But I genuinely wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️

A HUGE congratulations to my seller and both of my buyers! Every transaction has a different story and different goals, and getting to be out there advocating and fighting for my people is exactly why I love what I do.

Now onto inspections, appraisals, title, and getting all THREE to the closing table!

I want to start with a heartfelt thank you to her dad for the referral and for trusting me to take care of his daughter during such a meaningful milestone in her life. That trust truly means the world to me.

Because my client was purchasing from out of state, we made the most of our time with a full day of showings. When a new home hit the market later that same day, I knew it would be competitive. At 6:30 that evening, I was back in the car and on the way to make one more showing happen. I had a strong feeling this home was special and sure enough, we found ourselves in a multiple offer situation.
