Got one of my kids into contract on their first home. 2% 1% buy down bringing the first year interest rate at 4.1%. She can refinance for at least a year without a fee.

If anyone is interested in a similar experience. Let me know. Once interest rates come down near 5% it’s going to be a feeding frenzy again with the sellers in the drivers seat!

Every time you look at it the list is up to date. The long-term occupancy costs of owned slips are less and there is no threat of the moorage being sold and being told you need to remove your home.
