Gracewin Living of Baxter is an active 55 plus housing cooperative for modern seniors offering ownership housing for modern seniors in the beautiful Brainerd Lakes area. Gracewin members own a share in the land, the building, and have exclusive access to a residence within, while earning equity each year. Amenities include heated indoor parking with private storage unit, car wash bay, multiple hobby and creator's spaces, a fitness room, owner's lounge with outdoor terrace, and onsite pickleball court.
