Scott Wayman Realtor Associate LBI Realtor Scott moved to Long Beach Island from Bucks County, PA, in 1985 to help his father build and manage “ The Neighborhood Doctor Centers" on LBI.

Having graduated with a BS in Marketing from Rider College. He worked within Healthcare during his first twenty years, including biotech, medical management, and marketing, and started a Hospicecare within Ocean/Monmouth county.
