You, yes you over there! I’m sure you’ll recognize yourself. You, the homeowner, who trusted me with your most valuable asset as your listing agent. You, the first-time homebuyer, with whom I visited house after house in until we found your dream home together. You, the investor, searching for a property to add to your portfolio. You, the developer, looking for land to build your future project on. You, the architect, who reached out to me to find new opportunities in the for your clients. You my colleague at whom I have worked with. You, the agent or from any other brokerages based in , , , , and beyond, who entrusted me with your clients—homeowners or buyers looking for a reliable agent. You, the client who became my lifelong friend. You, my friend, who thought of me and sent a friend, a family member, or an acquaintance looking to buy or sell a home, or relocate to another area my way. You, the agent, from my brokerage or another, with whom I’ve collaborated this year and closed deals. You, the loan officer, who financed and made my clients' real estate projects possible. You, my mentor, who continues answering my endless questions daily and helps me become a better agent every day. And finally, you, my wife, who has supported me from the beginning, and you, my 15-month-old baby, who sometimes joins me on showings and has closed more deals than I have this year. Yes, you and you and you and you. As I receive this recognition, I just want to say how thankful I am to have you. Thanks to you, my work is no longer just work but a true passion.
