This blog entry is a great summary of the housing market at the moment. I feel it with people wanting to buy and with people wanting to sell - not everyone has the same reason for their uncertainty, but they are all uncertain and concerned about SOMETHING.

This doesn't mean that people aren't buying and selling homes, but it does mean that buyers are being more intentional, taking their time, and making sure their mortgage is affordable for their lifestyle. And sellers are having to really understand their hyper-local market.

I'd be curious to hear your thoughts and perspectives from where you are. What are you seeing and feeling?
