🏡✨ JUST LISTED | 88 McTeer Drive, St. Helena Island ✨🌳

This isn’t just a home, it’s a rare opportunity to own a piece of Coffin Point Plantation history.

Nestled beneath majestic legacy live oaks on 2.51 private acres, this charming historic property offers the kind of Lowcountry setting that’s getting harder and harder to find. 🌿

And for those dreaming of a little more room to spread out? There’s even a two-stall run-in barn and pasture, with opportunities nearby to fish, shrimp, crab, or enjoy horseback riding on the beach. 🐴🌊

✨ 88 McTeer Drive is truly one of those properties you need to experience in person.

🏡🔑 CLOSED | 15 Finch Road

Another St. Helena Island home is officially SOLD! 🎉

This one was especially rewarding because I had the opportunity to represent both the sellers and the buyers of 15 Finch Road. 💙

To my sellers, thank you for trusting me to market your home, advocate for you, and help you navigate the selling process from listing to closing.

And to my buyers, welcome home! 🏡✨ I’m so excited for you as you begin this next chapter and make 15 Finch Road your own.

Helping one client reach the end of a chapter while another begins theirs is one of the things I love most about real estate. I’m incredibly grateful for the trust both sides placed in me throughout this transaction.

Congratulations to everyone, we made it to the closing table! 🥂🎉

Thinking about buying or selling in the Lowcountry? I’d love to help with your next move.

🇺🇸 We Remember. We Honor. We Will Never Forget.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the incredible bravery of the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who stepped forward in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

May we never forget the courage, sacrifice, compassion, and unity shown that day and in the days that followed.

In remembrance of the 2,977 lives lost. ❤️🤍💙

Today is for the four-legged companions who make our houses feel a little more like home. 🏡🐶

Of course, I couldn’t let the day go by without giving a special shoutout to Opal, my adventure buddy, creek explorer, and very best girl! 🤎 Whether she’s tagging along for an adventure or simply keeping me company, life is always a little better with her by my side.

Here’s to the muddy paws, wagging tails, wet noses, and unconditional love our dogs bring into our lives every single day. 🐾

Happy National Dog Day from Opal & me! 💙

👇 I’d love to see YOUR four-legged family members! Drop a picture of your pup in the comments!
