🇺🇸 What I Tell My Military Buyers Before They Buy in Beaufort, SC

✅ Don't focus only on commute times. Consider school zones, traffic during peak hours, and how often you'll be heading to the commissary, gym, or the beach.
✅ Every neighborhood has a different vibe. Some offer golf, pools, and community events, while others provide privacy, acreage, or waterfront living.
✅ Flood zones aren't necessarily a dealbreaker—but it's important to understand what they mean for insurance and future resale.
✅ Think about your next PCS before you buy. A home with strong resale appeal can make your transition much easier down the road.
✅ Beaufort is more than just Beaufort. Lady's Island, Port Royal, Bluffton, Okatie, and Ridgeland all offer different lifestyles and price points.
