Our Krepps rd custom home build is coming along nicely! Made some quick progress over the last month! Roofing, porches, rough plumbing, electric, and hvac all completed and just about ready for the interior finishes 🏠

This home is going to be stunning!! So excited to be through framing and window install, and unleashing the next crews to get started to continue progress!! Still lots of catching up from the crazy snow/ weather delays, but well on our way!

After fighting with winter weather.. again haha.. we were finally able to get these slabs poured out on our Krepps Rd Custom home and will be off to framing within a few weeks after allowing them to cure for a while! Huge thanks you to Anthony Miller for being so patient and waiting to get them poured until he knew it could be done right instead of rushing the slabs! Extremely grateful to have a team that cares so much about providing a quality product for us and all our clients! Very excited for our customers to see their house start to take shape of over the next few months!

We have officially passed final inspection out at the barndominium build as of yesterday!! Homeowners are getting all moved in and settled, then some professional pictures to come after all the final touches! The last few months have been very fast paced, but the team was able to get it all done and it all came together great!!

Huge progress is being made out at the barndo! Since the last update, all the rough utilities have been completed and inspections all passed! Excellent job to the team for getting it done 💪
All the siding, soffits, facia, and 6in gutters have gone on and looks absolutely amazing!
Insulation was knocked out in 1 day then straight to drywall which only took them 2 days to hang it all! A few weeks of finishing the drywall and we are off to all the finishes!
Big thanks to everyone involved to get us to this point! Excited to continue to see these finishes start to turn this construction site into a home!!
