We started our morning with breakfast here and now weโ€™re relaxing on the beautiful Nordic Northwest campus. It feels like youโ€™ve stepped out of Portland and into Scandinavia for a few hours.โฃ

A little history: Broder first opened in Portland in 2007, bringing Nordic-inspired brunch and the famous รฆbleskiver to the city. The Sรถder location opened in 2015 inside Nordia House, the cultural home of Nordic Northwest, a center dedicated to celebrating the heritage and traditions of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. The campus itself was designed as a gathering place for the Pacific Northwestโ€™s Nordic community and sits on peaceful grounds that make it worth visiting even after youโ€™ve finished your meal. โฃ
