Life this weekend, outside of real estate 🤍

We’re always trying to find little pockets of time to spend together as a family. One of the highlights was taking Ava to Disney on Ice with our parents. She absolutely loved it, and it was so fun getting to watch her experience it all!

The rest of the weekend was filled with brunch, walks, playgrounds, and just being outside together. The kind of weekend we love.

Family and real estate have always gone hand in hand for us. ❤️🏡

Between showings, meetings, and helping our clients find their next home, life gets busy. But no matter how long the day is, coming home to Ava and Thor reminds us what matters most.

Rachel and I have always believed that real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It’s about relationships, trust, and treating our clients like family. Many of our clients have become lifelong friends, and that’s something we’re incredibly grateful for.

Our business and family life are intertwined, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. At the end of the day, it’s the people we share our lives with, both at home and through our work, who make it all worthwhile. 🐾❤️

This is one of those closings that means a little extra to us.

Our buyer just became a first-time homeowner, and we couldn’t be happier for her!

She’s worked incredibly hard and made a lot of sacrifices to get to this point, so seeing it all come together has been pretty special.

She was able to purchase a brand-new home that’s completely move-in ready, just minutes from her child’s school. And to make it even better, we were able to negotiate some great builder and lender incentives that got her an interest rate below 5.5%!

It’s easy to hear about how challenging the housing market is right now, but there are still some really great opportunities out there.

We’re just so proud of her and excited for everything this next chapter holds for her family.

And a big thank you to our past client who introduced us! It means so much when our clients trust us enough to refer their friends and family.

Big changes are coming to the appraisal process. 🏡 Starting this November, the new UAD 3.6 appraisal format will require more detailed property information, clearer reporting, and potentially a little more time in the process.

Our biggest takeaway? Preparation and transparency matter more than ever. The more information available upfront, the smoother the appraisal and closing can be.
