Thinking about moving this Spring? 🌷

Most people think home shopping starts in April or May… but the smart buyers and sellers actually start months earlier. Right about now!

Here’s the real timeline:
Jan-Feb:
•Talk to a lender
•See how much you are preapproved for
•Start looking at homes online
•Meet with an agent to make a plan
(I’m more than happy to talk to discuss options!)

March-April:
•Homes will begin to hit the market
•We will schedule private tours of homes or attend open houses
•Multiple offers become more common.

May-June:
•This is peak competition time.
•Sale prices are higher.
•Bidding wars are more common.
•Faster decisions will need to be made.

If you wait until the Spring, you may not have enough time to get the home you really want. Let’s open up your options and start looking now! I can set you up with a search on the MLS so you don’t miss a listing!🔐

As we move into 2026, early indicators point toward a more balanced New Hampshire housing market. Inventory levels have slowly increased, giving buyers more options than in recent years, while the home prices are remaining steady because of continued demand in these commuter friendly communities.

To conclude this, the NH housing market is predicted to have a balanced shift. For homeowners considering a move, 2026 is anticipated to supply a more navigable market where there are real opportunities on both sides of a transaction.

Feel free to call or send a message at any point if you need anything or have questions of what might be the best options for you.

Carbon monoxide is something that you cannot see, smell, or taste making detection impossible without a a CO alarm.
But… carbon monoxide poisoning is preventable!
Here’s what you can do to stay safe and share to maybe help someone else!
- Install CO alarms on every floor of your home and outside each sleeping area.
- Test the alarms regularly and replace batteries when needed.
- Service your heating systems annually.
- Never run generators indoors or in an enclosed area.
- Always get out immediately if your CO alarms goes off and call 911.
Please consider these factors and take the time to ensure you and your loved ones are safe. ❤️

Market Update! 📉
The higher prices making it harder to afford right now are taking a big toll on buyers, but they are still making it happen.
This affordability crisis caused by lack of inventory, will continue to effect the NH housing market, however if interest rates continue to drop:

Every 1% rate change = 10% change in buying power.
Buying power is based on the monthly payment you are approved for. When rates are dropping, more of the payment goes directly to the loan payment instead of interest, meaning you can afford a higher price while keeping the SAME monthly payment!
Inventory in NH is low, which keeps prices from dropping.
