More About Dawn....Born and raised in the Central Savannah River Area to a general contractor and farmer; Dawn has the ideal foundation, built with a strong work ethic and pure determination, for helping clients buy and sell their homes. Dawn grew up as the oldest of five children on a farm in Beech Island, SC, where her family has lived for more than 100 years. As the daughter of a General Contractor and Farmer, Dawn started at an early age working with her father on the weekends cleaning up construction sites and helping on the farm. Over the course of 30 years, Dawn has gained experience in Customer Service, Marketing, Outreach, Event Management, Asset Protection and Mortgage Lending. Her philanthropist spirit encouraged her to invest in her community and become active in several organizations; including the Augusta and North Augusta Chamber of Commerce, serving on many committees and on the Board of Directors. While working as an Associate Mortgage Loan Originator, Dawn decided to pursue her dream of becoming a Real Estate Agent and has not looked back. She is passionate about being a REALTOR and will utilize her experience in Marketing, Outreach, and Mortgage Lending to ensure that her clients receive the highest level of service that best meets their needs.
