THE STORY!

I met this amazing woman and her sweet family last year. We searched for a home, but things just didn’t align at the time. Life happened, and we paused.

Earlier this year, she reached out and said, “I’m ready to try again.”

We jumped back in with new energy. The first house we went under contract on didn’t pass the FHA inspection. That one stung, but we kept going. Then we found the house. The one they instantly fell in love with. We got under contract with a quick, 3-week settlement, and everything felt right.

But on settlement day… we got the heartbreaking news that the seller had passed away.

Everything stopped. No one could’ve prepared for that.

Fast forward almost two months, and they officially closed on their very first home—their home. And somewhere in the middle of all this, she found out she was expecting their second child.

There were a lot of emotions—tears, laughs, frustration, and hope. But we stuck together through it all. And by the end, this wasn’t just about real estate. We built a friendship. A real one.

This is why I love what I do. Because helping people find a house is one thing… but helping them through the ups, downs, and everything in between? That’s the heart of it. That’s where the magic is.

This deal took everything—patience, persistence, and compassion. But we made it through.
