Some announcements are easy to make, and some come with a whole lot of emotion.

For the past several years, I have had the incredible privilege of working alongside my daughter, Kinsey. From the day she graduated college and joined me in real estate, we have built something together that I am incredibly proud of. We worked hard, dreamed big, laughed a lot, and built what I truly believe is a powerhouse business. I had the privilidge to show Kinsey the business and mentor her to become one of the best in the business.

This past year has brought some pretty big changes in her life. She got married, moved to Missouri, and is beginning a new chapter of her own. After years of working side-by-side, she has made the decision to step away from Avenue Realty and pursue a new path.

As her mom, I am incredibly proud of everything she has accomplished. As her business partner, I am grateful for all the years we spent building Avenue Realty together. I will always treasure that part of our story.

But while one chapter is changing, AVENUE REALTY IS MOVING FORWARD STRONGER THAN EVER.

I am incredibly fortunate to have an amazing team of agents and support staff who will continue to be part of Avenue Realty. They are an important part of who we are, and I am excited about what we will accomplish together in this next chapter.

And apparently, this really is becoming a family affair! ❤️ My husband is beginning the process of working toward his real estate licenses, so I guess I am gaining one family member while watching another begin a new adventure!
Together, we have sold more than 1,000 homes, helped countless families through some of the biggest transitions of their lives, and created relationships that have lasted far beyond the closing table.

We have made countless lifetime clients, friends, and community connections. We have celebrated new beginnings, helped families find home, held hands through difficult moves, and been invited into some very special moments in people’s lives.

And our work together went far beyond real estate.

We dreamed about ways to give back to the community we love and turned those dreams into action. Together, we helped create 11 murals in our community, supported local businesses and organizations, worked on Community Flags, participated in community events, and found countless ways to make a difference in the place we call home.
