We were called out to a commercial property in Elizabeth where the garage door was showing its age. The springs were no longer holding up, the hinges and rollers had seen better days, and the J arm bracket was past its prime. We replaced the malfunctioning springs with a high-cycle spring, swapped in heavy-duty hinges, new rollers, and a sturdy steel bracket. A new keypad rounded out the updates.
