⚠️ A scam call almost got past my radar... because my Caller ID actually said Kaiser Permanente.

The caller claimed they needed to verify a $5,000 reimbursement for a surgery I never had. They even “escalated” me to someone claiming to be with a legitimate Kaiser investigations department.

When I said, “I think this is a scam call”…

Click. 😳 They hung up on me.

The reminder I wanted to pass along: Scammers can spoof Caller ID so a legitimate company name or phone number appears on your screen.

Never give personal information, passwords or verification codes to an unexpected caller. If something feels off, hang up and call the organization yourself using a number you know is legitimate.

Caller ID is NOT verification.

Please share - especially with someone who may be more trusting of a familiar name on their phone. ❤️

What does a Realtor do when she accepts a office challenge to make 40 videos in 40 days?

Apparently, she becomes an ’80s rock singer. 😂🎤

A couple of years ago, a high school friend invited me to be a guest singer with his band. It was meant to be a one-night-only adventure—although they did invite me back!

Whether it’s trying something new or taking on a challenge, sometimes you just have to say, “Why not?”

A Friend Chose Another Realtor — It Taught Me Something

It made me realize I haven’t done a very good job of sharing my own successes.

Maybe sharing what we’re good at isn’t bragging. Maybe it’s part of helping others, as God intended.

1 Peter 4:10 — use the gifts you’ve been given to serve others.

If you’re choosing a Realtor, do a little homework. Google them. Read their reviews. Compare Zillow profiles. It won’t tell the whole story, but it can show experience, recent sales, price ranges, and track record.

For me, using my gifts means digging into the research, strategy and marketing that can uncover hidden value and help a seller get a stronger return.

And yes… you can always make the research easy and just choose me. 😜

I’m pretty excited about this makeover! 🎉

My YouTube channel now does a much better job of showing the different sides of my real estate work — Seller Success Stories, Luxury & View Homes, American Dream TV, Funny Reels, and more.

What I love most is that it shows more of the results and the story behind the sale — research, creative marketing, lifestyle positioning, negotiation, and sometimes uncovering opportunities buyers might otherwise miss.
