I'm not on social media as much these days so it's been a while since a market update.
We are seeing an increase in inventory and a stabilization of median price. There is a lot more going on but essentially we are in a shift towards a buyers market. Quality homes still sell quickly however.

Moving somewhere new takes time to adjust. Be it culture, routines, new food, etc., your happiness levels drop. This is normal and things will get better.

Last week, I helped my buyers finalize their purchase of more than 17 acres of beautiful land. There is a lot of work to be done with clearing old structures and cleaning up, but this is the perfect fit for them and their extended family!
