From dirt work to finish work we have a hand in all of it... This little project has a special meaning it's been a long time coming this is our very own sugar House and we're working diligently to get the finishing touches on it before we have to start tapping trees..

Just some progress pics on this garage also insulation got installed this week and drywall got delivered.. just a couple days to button up the deck and rails then moving on to interior finish and floors upstairs in the garage and we will be complete I will post completed pictures at the end.. our next project will commence immediately following this one...

I Got all the footings in and all the stone installed in preparation for the deck build. Windows, doors and siding will commence next week

This project wasn't overly large in size but it was a big project due to the fact that we were adding on to both ends of the house at the same time we added a bathroom and two extra rooms..

Here's a nice project we did start to finish removed an old rundown barn and built a new garage and mudroom with a bathroom and laundry room.

We finished this deck last week. We tore out old and re built new with larger lumber to meet today's code also using all maintenance free materials to last a long time. Due to the non conforming lot we had to reuse the existing support posts to meet town requirements of reusing a portion of the old deck. Those can be replaced in the future...

This little addition was a bit pro longed for a number of reasons but mostly because there's just a lot of work happening simultaneously.
the electrician will be by at the begining the week to install the last of the lights, then these great people will be able to really enjoy their new space.
